VALLEJO – Vallejo kicked off the holiday season on Saturday with the annual Mad Hatter Parade and Festival.
Marching bands, community groups, parade floats and dance troupes stomped, twirled and rolled down Georgia Street toward the waterfront. Later, lighted and flaming steampunk art cars and contraptions illuminated the evening.
