Giving Grief a Voice
We know the holidays are a joyous time for some — but for others, they can be a season of deep sadness, reflection, and grief. If you’ve lost someone you love or find yourself struggling through the heaviness that often comes with this time of year, you are not alone. Join us for Giving Grief A Voice, an in-person healing workshop created to bring comfort, connection, and community to those navigating loss. Together, we’ll share stories, listen with open hearts, and explore tools to help us move from pain to peace — especially during the holidays. Through guided reflection, journaling, mindfulness, and gentle conversation, this gathering offers a safe and supportive space to express emotions, honor those we’ve lost, and rediscover strength within ourselves. Let's come together to share our stories and emotions, giving grief a voice in a safe and supportive space.
